Reviews Butler is operated by Software by Miles. This notice describes the information collected by this audit-request and waitlist website.

What we collect

When you submit the form, we store your business name, email address, Google Maps URL or city, optional note, a submission ID, and the time of submission. When available, we also store the country associated with your IP address as reported by Cloudflare. We do not store your full IP address in the submissions table.

Why we use it

We use your request to identify your business, prepare or follow up on a review audit, manage early-access interest, and contact you about Reviews Butler’s launch and pricing. Please do not put passwords, payment information, patient details, or other sensitive customer information in the form.

Hosting and sharing

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions in its D1 database on our behalf. Cloudflare may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. We do not sell submissions. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

We do not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or optional cookies to this site. Fonts are hosted with the site. The hosting provider may process technical traffic data for delivery and security.

Keeping and removing information

We keep submissions while handling audit requests and preparing early access. There is no automatic deletion schedule in this initial version. You can ask for a copy, correction, or removal of your submission, or ask us to stop contacting you, by replying to any email we send you.
