Reviews Butler is operated by Software by Miles. These terms explain the current website and free audit-request process in plain language.

What is available

This site accepts requests for free review audits and interest in early access. Submitting a request does not create a paid account, start a subscription, or authorize a charge. Pricing is coming soon. Any paid service will have its price and applicable terms presented separately before purchase.

Audit requests

An audit request lets us contact you about your business’s public reviews and early access. We may need more information to identify the correct business. We do not promise a delivery date or guarantee that every request will receive an audit.

Your information and authority

Submit accurate business details and an email address where you can be reached. Only send information you are allowed to share. Do not submit sensitive customer details or use this form for spam or unlawful requests.

No account access or posting permission

Submitting this form does not give Reviews Butler access to your Google account or permission to publish replies, contact your customers, or change a business listing. Those actions would require a separate setup and authorization.

Estimates and examples

Any audit observations or estimates are informational. They do not guarantee ratings, sales, search placement, or business results. Illustrative examples on this site are examples, not customer testimonials.

Availability and changes

This is an early version. Features may change, the website may be unavailable, and an audit may contain errors. Please check business decisions against your own records. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
